Biog

Defender Willie Black stayed just one season with Celtic after signing for the Bhoys from Queens Park in 1904.

The Flemington-born player made his debut on August 27 in a 4-1 league victory over Port Glasgow Athletic at Parkhead but was very much a back up player making only 11 appearnces during the rest of the season. Black moved south to Everton in 1905.
